o trabalho oculto dos moderadores de conteúdo comercial
Resumo
Discute-se a definição e a dinâmica da atividade humana de moderação de conteúdo para plataformas de mídia social. Problematiza-se a centralidade desse tipo de trabalho para a própria viabilidade de um tal modelo de negócio, bem como a paradoxal invisibilidade técnica e social que, insistentemente, recai sobre tais trabalhadores. Conclui-se que as plataformas digitais devem fornecer maior transparência sobre as condições de trabalho de seus moderadores de conteúdo, havendo de garantir-lhes, ademais, plena sintonia com o vetor ético-jurídico do trabalho decente. A pesquisa é qualitativa, eminentemente bibliográfica, tendo sido utilizado o método hipotético dedutivo.
